Ada: remove 'Provides: gnat-V-HASH' from gnat-V (keep it in gnat-V-TARGET)
The hash describes the Ada sources in gnat-V-TARGET, not gnat-V.
Also, dependency resolvers interpret two concrete packages providing
the same virtual package as an alternative.
