debian/control: Make gjs depend on binary version of libgjs0
While gjs use symbols of libgjs0 and so we can rely on debian shlib
depends to figure out the version we require, it also relies on the
JS overrides that are shipped as resources and on the private gjs
typelib that is included in the library package.
Given that these dependencies are not automatically tracked, it's just
safer to make gjs depend on the very same library version not to have
unexpected behavior

debian/control: Rename libgjs0g to libgjs0
Gjs now depends on libgirepository-2.0, so any application that was
previously loading libgjs needs to be rebuilt and compiled without any
libgirepository-1.0, as both cannot stay in the same process.
Upstream did not bump the soname version since it's not technically an
ABI change.
To ensure that no app may be broken by the updated, let's rename the
package, to require all the reverse dependencies to be re-compiled.
We take the occasion to stop using the libgjs0g -> libgjs0h naming
as it was not standard way to handle JS breaks, but rather we go back
to libgjs0.

object: Don't stop searching interfaces if name not resolved on prototype
Regression from a11af8044bdd82cb726a8228a35e3a4d393752d3. Returning here
would short-circuit the search for a property or method name after the
first interface. This broke private types such as GtkNotebookPages which
implement two interfaces, GtkSelectionModel and GListModel.

closure: guard against non-js thread when marshalling
In libraries like GST a signal such as "new-sample" is emitted from the streaming thread.
If we connect to signals like these GJS currently crashes in spidermonkey code because we are calling JSAPI from a completely different thread. Since JS should only be touched from the owner thread guard against this behaviour.

GLib: Make GLib.log_set_writer_default work properly
In the documentation we say that if GLib.log_set_writer_func() is called
from JS, then GLib.set_log_writer_default() must be called before ending
the program, in order to avoid calling into JS during shutdown.
However, this did not work. Calling g_log_set_writer_func() a second time
after calling it once with a non-default function will abort.
Instead, make GLib.log_set_writer_default() keep the existing log writer
wrapper, but make it a no-op.
This allows us to call GLib.log_set_writer_default() in all our test files
that set a log writer function, as intended. However, this requires some
reorganization in testGtk4.js so that it can be called in an afterAll()
handler.

internal: Replace PromiseData GC tracer with PersistentRooted
We are apparently hitting the GC tracer callback after the PromiseData
