Workaround double enabled bug
In some specific cases, gnome shell can call 'enable' twice for
an extension without calling 'disable' in between. This can
break monkey patching.
This is a workaround for this, until upstream fixes it.

Add apparmor rule to fix thumbnails
Desktop Icons NG uses libgnome-shell to generate thumbnails.
Internally, it uses bwrap to execute the thumbnailer inside a
container. Unfortunately, this no loger works directly due to
the security changes done in Ubuntu 23.10, which disables, by
default, user namespaces, and requires specific rule files for
each application that needs it.

This patch adds an apparmor exception file to ensure that it
works. Without it, the thumbnailer just fails.

Depend on gir1.2-gnomeautoar-0.1 instead of file-roller & xdg-desktop-portal
If you have file-roller installed, you can extract more compressed file types:
for instance .deb
