Revert "Remove direct Build-Depends: dbus"
gnome-shell's test suite explicitly invokes dbus-run-session, which is
in the dbus-daemon package. An indirect dependency on dbus-user-session
is not enough, because dbus-user-session does not guarantee to install
dbus-daemon or dbus-run-session: dbus-broker might be installed instead.
This reverts commit b12ff4ec3d8db3800a7fda7ee7f01916832b8fee.
