gitlab-ci.yml: Use both team pipelines
Update the gitlab pipeline to use both the standard salsa-ci pipeline
as well as the traditional go-pkg-tools pipeline for maximizing coverage
Among the 3 debian patches available in version 1.1.10-3 of the package, we noticed the following issues:
