vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Rework debian/salsa-ci.yml file
Disable licenserecon, as it currently produces false-positives, and the
existing overrides/suppression mechanism does not look very enticing.
Remove redundant settings for options that are already enabled or disabled
by default.
Unify values.
Order by test groups.
