      to main.py and shebang fixed upstream.

    * debian/control: drop dh-python, libtool; use python3 build dep;
      add explicit python3 runtime dep; drop python3:Depends.
    * debian/rules: drop --with python3,autoreconf; add
      override_dh_auto_configure for meson_options.txt symlink.
