    * Suggest command "dpkg-reconfigure locales" instead of editing
      /etc/defaults/locales.
    
    * Remove stuff on im-switch, which retired more than 15 years ago.
    
    * Remove stuff on ibus-clutter, which was removed.
    
    * Do not suggest ibus-gtk. Now GTK2 is almost not needed. Suggest
      ibus-gtk4 instead.
    
    * Don't specify Qt package, Qt has builtin ibus support.
    
    * GNOME3 -> GNOME
    
    * Misc
      - Fix misc typos.
      - Remove trailing whitespace.
      - Fix capitalization.
