this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Remove unused net-tools from Recommends
The package uses exclusively iproute2, and there's no fallback code
to use any of the net-tools programs. Remove the unused Recommends.
