version in VCS is newer than in repository, is it time to upload? normal

Here are the relevant commit messages:

    d/changelog: document the anticipated repack.

commit ba18c86667b09f21cab0e60f55bb634838c8ec87
Author: Étienne Mollier <emollier@debian.org>
Date: Sat Nov 15 17:43:49 2025 +0100

    Prepare repack to exclude .gitattributes.

This change affects d/{copyright,gbp.conf,watch} in order to append
the +ds repack suffix to the next upstream release. 1.7.4 may be
reimported by hand in case other issues crop up earlier.

  • 1 patch where the metadata indicates that the patch has not yet been forwarded upstream. You should either forward the patch upstream or update the metadata to document its real status.
