    Salsa CI: Use full MariaDB package set in Bookworm MariaDB 10.6 upgrade
    
    A re-run on the test started failing on:
    
        $ mariadb --version
        /usr/bin/bash: line 483: mariadb: command not found
    
    This was because the upgrade remove `mariadb-server` instead of just
    upgrading it. Root cause is unclear. However, installing all of the
    MariaDB packages will prevent the upgrade from removing the mariadb-server.
