As per https://metacpan.org/pod/Moo#CLEANING-UP-IMPORTS, it's generally a good
idea, when using Moo, to use namespace::clean in order to avoid re-exporting
Here we're increasing the chances that namespace::clean is available and the
user notices that it might be useful, but it will only fix the problem if the
user reads the Moo documentation.
