Send "." after a list cmd
This fixes the master hanging when there is not services listed, as it
will otherwise ignore the empty line.

update: remove the dbh_state special case
There is no need to have a special DB connection for state. It will only
complexify things for no good reason.

Add plugin for PostgreSQL checksum failures
PostgreSQL 12 adds a per database counter for data checksum failures
which is something which is interesting for Munin to monitor. The
plugin has its critical thresholds configured to 0:0 by default since
any checksum failure is almost guaranteed to be bad news.

Plugins munin_stats and munin_update: configurable warning/critical
Previously "warning" and "critical" were hard-coded. Especially for the
case of a custom "update_rate", it is useful to allow local overrides
for these values.
Custom values may be specified via environment variables named
"FIELD_warning" or "warning" (likewise for "critical").

Plugin apt_all: fix handling of environment variables for releases
The evaluation of environment variables ended up being interpreted in a
scalar context - thus the number of releases was returned instead of its
list.
