Version 5.5.1+dfsg-7 of rocblas is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 09 Mar 2025. It is affected by #1094099. The removal of rocblas will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependencies: atlas-ecmwf, ectrans, hipblas, hipsolver, metview, rocsolver. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
A new upstream version 6.3.2 is available, you should consider packaging it.
