    This lets other packages depend on the GIR XML by its systematic name,
    gir1.2-timezonemap-1.0-dev.

    d/control: Add ${gir:Depends} to -dev package
    
    This avoids needing to hard-code the name of the package containing
    the typelib, and adds dependencies on the systematic names of the
    packages containing required GIR XML.
