    Don't vendor config.guess, config.sub into packaging source tree
    
    They are unnecessary for Debian packaging: debhelper compat level 13
    runs autoreconf during build by default.
    
    This avoids them being added as a patch by dpkg-source at build time,
    which freezes their version at whatever happened to be present at the
    time the source package was built, and creates a requirement for them
    to be updated to support each new architecture.
