vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

salsa: Disable use of origtargz as fallback
If the fork that the MR was created from is not set up
properly (missing branches or other issues) and the
orig.tar.xz can't be created by gbp using pristine-tar data,
it's better to fail right away than to attempt a fallback
that we know won't work properly.
