    Add pkg.libvisual.nosdl build profile to avoid historical bootstrap cycle (Closes: #1077534)
    
    - Introduce build profile <!pkg.libvisual.nosdl> on libsdl1.2-dev.
    - Apply Build-Profiles to lv-tool-0.4.
    - Update debian/rules to disable lv-tool and examples when the profile
      is active.
    - Although the dependency cycle no longer manifests in current sid,
      keeping a nosdl profile ensures future bootstrapability and resolves
      #1077534 in a forward-compatible way.
