qml-module-ubuntu-onlineaccounts is supposed to be provided by accounts-
qml-modules and provides version 1 of the QML type. Don't provide it
here.
This will be accompanied by an MR on the accounts-qml-modules side to
bump the epoch of this binary package on that side.
