This brings metalog behaviour closer to the one of logrotate.

[metalog.conf] Move logs rotation settings to a dedicated configuration file
This should make it easier to disable the built-in rotation system (by deleting or renaming /etc/metalog.d/rotation.conf),
enabling its replacement with another tool like logrotate.
