vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

watch: filter out bad upstream tag 012.2
Upstream accidentally created a tag named "012.2" instead of "0.12.2".
Add a Uversion-Mangle rule so uscan ignores it when checking for new
releases.
