control: remove redundant fields
The Priority field defaults to "optional".
The Rules-Requires-Root field defaults to "no".
No need to specify default values. Remove these fields from the

man page patch not needed upstream
The patch to add a symbolic link for the man page
mcd_vdump_data_register_text.3 does not need to be submitted
upstream. As is stated in the patch:

add systemd init service files
Provide systemd service files for minicoredumper_regd and the sysctl
core pattern. As writing to /proc/sys is awkward from a service file and
/usr/sbin/sysctl may not be available, the systemd-sysctl tool is used
to interact with sysctls.
If the system administrator has overwritten sysctls with the well-known
50-coredump.conf, these will be overwritten by
minicoredumper_pattern.service but restored on stop if possible.

tests: allow stderr
The coredump test will generate output on stderr due to the
crash: Segmentation fault (core dumped)
As per documentation:
... if a test exits nonzero, or prints to stderr, it is
considered to have failed.
Allow stderr output for the coredump test.
