Install HTML templates
These templates are used by mirrorbits to generate and serve the pages
`?mirrorstats` and `?mirrorlist`. The default location (in the sample
`mirrobits.conf` provided by upstream) is `/usr/share/mirrorbits/`. No
good reason to change that.
Note that those HTML templates depend on third-party resources (fonts
and javascript). However this can be disabled: mirrorbits provides an
option serve local assets instead. We expect that the sysadmin will
configure the service and decide by themselves whether it's acceptable
to use third-party resources.
Also note that mirrorbits is not a "ready-to-run" service. After the
package is installed, it's not ready to run, and requires configuration
by the sysadmin. So there's no risk of accidentally serving third-pary
assets.
