mono-config: let os=linux include other glibc platforms
For the purposes of mono-config(5), let GNU libc-based platforms such
as GNU/kFreeBSD or Hurd be matched by os="linux" (rather than
"unknownOS").
dllmap entries for os="linux" are appropriate for those platforms.

Drop the generation of mono-source
This package was only needed by wine-mono,
cf. https://bugs.debian.org/785308
but there currently is no wine-mono in Debian.
As of Trixie/Sid, not package in Debian depends nor build-depends on mono-source.
The removal of this package gets us rid of reproducibility problems,
cf. https://bugs.debian.org/961942
Among the 7 debian patches available in version 6.12.0.199+dfsg-3 of the package, we noticed the following issues:
