    WIP: Gowin is now a himbaechel uarch
    
    chipdb installation still needs adjustment, seems upstream shuffled things
    around. I'm removing the install/% hack with the intention of moving
    to individual *.install files. Perhaps there was a reason I didn't do that
    to begin with, let's see.
