Version 2.8.0-2 of octavia-tempest-plugin is marked for autoremoval from testing on Tue 04 Feb 2025. It depends (transitively) on pylibmc, python-contextily, affected by #1090196, #1091031. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
