    Add dh-golang support for new embeded files
    
    With pat v0.18.0 there was a refactoring of the code, and some variables
    are now populated from Golang embdeded files.
    
    Updated d/rules DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA for these embeded files.

    Update patch with Pat-Vara vendoring to v1.2.0
    
    Updated performed manually, using `quilt' (push, files, $EDIT, refresh)
    and replacing changed files from another dir that had current Pat-Var
    git clone.  Also updated the modules.txt date/version.
    
    NOTE: former dependency github.com/imdario/mergo is now listed upstream
    as dario.cat/mergo which is a link to https://pkg.go.dev/dario.cat/mergo
    which points to https://github.com/darccio/mergo (the same place that
    github.com/imdario/mergo points to).
    
    For now using the old "mergo" name and URL, to match the current Debian
    package golang-github-imdario-mergo .
