Version 3.5.0-4 of python-ceilometermiddleware is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 06 Apr 2025. It depends (transitively) on libisal, python-oslo.utils, affected by #1098483, #1098666. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
