Version 0.0.63-hotfix+ds-2 of python-ncls is marked for autoremoval from testing on Tue 30 Dec 2025. It is affected by #1120469. The removal of python-ncls will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependency: pyranges. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
