Version 6.6.0-6 of python-openstackclient is marked for autoremoval from testing on Mon 07 Apr 2025. It depends (transitively) on python-oslo.utils, affected by #1098666. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.

A flaw was found in OpenStack. When a user tries to delete a non-existing access rule in it's scope, it deletes other existing access rules which are not associated with any application credentials.
