    debian/copyright: extend upstream years, add myself to debian/*
    
    Upstream code was modified through 2026 (7.0 in 2025, 7.1 in 2026) while the
    Files: * range stopped at 2018. Keeps the existing named holders as-is; the
    stanza has never enumerated every drive-by contributor and restructuring that
    is not this upload's job.

    Drop the unused debian/tests script
    
    debian/tests/python3-svg.path was left behind when the package moved to a
    generated testsuite. There is no debian/tests/control, so nothing referenced
    or ran it - the autopkgtest comes from Testsuite: autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild via
    autodep8. The script also called 'setup.py test', which setuptools dropped.

    Bump debhelper-compat to 14
    
    v14 is the recommended mode of operation. None of its changes apply here:
    no kernel modules (dh_installmodules), no compiled objects so dh_dwz's
    removal is irrelevant, single binary package, and the only override is
    dh_installdocs which is unaffected by the resequencing.
