Version 2.1.2-4 of pytorch-scatter is marked for autoremoval from testing on Thu 22 Jan 2026. It depends (transitively) on python-pygraphviz, vulkan-memory-allocator, affected by #1122280, #1122493. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
