It depends (transitively) on r-cran-base64enc, r-cran-cairo, r-cran-farver, r-cran-ggplot2, r-cran-isoband, r-cran-ragg, affected by #1127067, #1127358, #1130215, #1130279, #1130455, #1132782. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
