Version 0.10.0-1 of requests-ratelimiter is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sat 03 Oct 2026. It depends (transitively) on python-libcst, python-pkginfo, url-normalize, affected by #1144936, #1146040, #1146281. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
