    graphics: Remove Debian 13 branding
    
    Similar to #1084903, the version of debian-installer in testing/unstable
    installs testing/unstable, so it's better for it to be visually
    distinguishable from the Debian 13 installer. Until Debian 14 branding
    is available, keep the Debian 13 graphics but delete the "13" from the
    logo.
