uscan had problems while searching for a new upstream version:
In watchfile debian/watch, reading webpage
https://github.com/sagemath/sage/raw/develop/build/pkgs/combinatorial_designs/package-version.txt failed: 404 Not Found
Standards version of the package is outdated.
wishlist
The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy
(Standards-Version 4.7.2 instead of
4.6.2).
