this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Allow BUILD_PATH being empty also in command line options
After commit f028e4fb disallowed relative build path in both Conf.pm and
Options.pm, commit 9a47ad60 allowed BUILD_PATH being empty only in
Conf.pm. We also need to make the same change to Options.pm.

d/control: drop dependency on gnupg from libsbuild-perl
In commit 08b85e16456282664627b94c0f2f16e1ce08597f host gpg usage has
been dropped from the library. gnupg is hence not needed anymore.
