Closes: #1089426 The schroot package FTBFS when building without root, because it assumed its tests could be run under root when run from the binary targets. That is no longer the case when rootless becomes the default. The solution is to move the test running back to its "original" position (the `dh_auto_test` override), explicitly invoke the tests with `fakeroot`, and then add a `fakeroot <!nocheck>` build-dependency.
