    Adapt packaging to new upstream 5f5
    
    Install Init5f5.scm, and rwb-isam.scm and wbtab.scm which upstream
    restored in 5f5.  Drop the hunks of fix-numerous-compilation-errors.patch
    that 5f5 fixes upstream. Refresh fix-implicit-decl-init.patch and
    disable-bigrecy.patch, and gbp import/export.

    Update packaging to current standards
    
    debhelper compat 14, Standards-Version 4.7.4, upstream OpenPGP
