vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

d/control: Add xz-utils to Depends
When using a minimal setup xz-utils is not installed, and hence autopkgtests
would fail. This also highlighted that the tarball would not be created by
default. This now ensures that we depend on this so that this issue does not
happen.
