    Remove 'debian/patches/FixINCissue.patch' as it is no longer needed.
    
    Although it does not appear to noted in the upstream changelog, the author has
    added code to the application cgi scripts with the new version 3.2.7 in order
    to aleviate the issues with "." (the current directory) no longer being in @INC.
