Advertise RFC-compliant APT proxy service _apt-proxy._tcp
The _apt_proxy service name violates RFC 6335 section 5.1 because
service names cannot contain underscores. An actual problem caused
by this is: systemd-resolved cannot resolve the service.
Advertise _apt-proxy._tcp alongside the legacy _apt_proxy._tcp name
for existing clients. This is the same approach apt-cacher-ng took.
Teach apt-avahi-discover to browse both names and avoid probing
duplicate addresses.
