d/patches: fix metadata and project license in the AppStream metainfo
The upstream backport of the metainfo license fix (issue #2416) to 1.6.2
put CC0-1.0 in <project_license> instead of <metadata_license>, so
software centers would show Back In Time as CC0. Set both fields as on
the upstream dev branch.

update d/copyright
Drop the qt/serviceHelper.py stanza: upstream cleared up its license and
copyright situation (issue #1986), the file is now only GPL-2+ by Germar
Reitze and Christian Buhtz, both already covered by the main stanza.
Move qt/io.github.bit_team.back_in_time.gui.metainfo.xml to the CC0-1.0
stanza and drop the FSFAP one: upstream fixed the inconsistent license
info (issue #2416) and the file header now says CC0-1.0.

d/patches: restore the patch disabling Google Fonts in the user manual
The upstream backport of the fix to the 1.6.2 hotfix branch dropped the
font line from mkdocs.yml, and on the dev branch the key is misspelled
as "fonts", which mkdocs-material ignores. Without the patch the manual
loads fonts from Google servers again (privacy-breach-generic).

d/control: drop the redundant Priority field
Since dpkg 1.22.13 the Priority field defaults to "optional", so setting
it explicitly is redundant, as reported by the lintian tag
redundant-priority-optional-field. Verified with a build in a sid chroot
(dpkg 1.23.7): both binary packages still get Priority: optional.

d/control: update standards version to 4.7.4, no changes needed
The two items in the 4.7.4 upgrading checklist (linker scripts allowed
in place of the "*.so" symlinks of development packages, and the
copyright requirement extended to non-free-firmware) do not apply to
this package.

d/rules: fix cleanup of the generated manual pages
The clean target removed */man/C/*.1.gz, a path that does not exist
anymore: the manual pages now live in doc/manpages, and the files
generated during the build are doc/manpages/*.gz, produced by
build_manpages.sh through asciidoctor and gzip.
Those files were left behind by debian/rules clean, so the source tree
was not restored to its original state as required by Policy 4.9, and a
following dpkg-buildpackage -S in the same tree failed with "cannot
represent change to doc/manpages/backintime.1.gz: binary file contents
changed". The leftovers went unnoticed because .gitignore covers *.gz.

d/watch: track only stable releases
Match only x.y.z tags, so upstream pre-releases (rc, beta) are no longer
reported as new upstream versions by uscan, DEHS and tracker.debian.org.
The previous uversionmangle rule only fixed the sorting within the same
series (1.6.0~rc2 < 1.6.0), while a 2.0.0-rc still shows up as newer
than any 1.6.x, hiding bugfix releases of the stable branch.
With this pattern the uversionmangle rule can never match, but it is
kept as the line to reuse when a pre-release has to be imported on
purpose:
cat > /tmp/watch-pre <<'EOT'
version=4
opts=uversionmangle=s/(\d)[_\.\-\+]?((RC|rc|pre|dev|beta|alpha)\d*)$/$1~$2/
\
https://github.com/bit-team/backintime/tags
.*/v?@ANY_VERSION@@ARCHIVE_EXT@
EOT
uscan --no-conf --watchfile /tmp/watch-pre --download-version
2.0.0-rc2 --destdir .. --force-download
gbp import-orig -u 2.0.0~rc2 ../backintime_2.0.0~rc2.orig.tar.gz
--download-version takes the version as written in the tag, not the
mangled one, and --skip-signature must not be used because it silently
disables the download.
