It has recently been clarified that placing a package under
the "debian" Salsa namespace implies that direct commits by
any Debian developer, with no prior coordination, are welcome.
Since I prefer collaboration to happen via merge requests or
the BTS, with coordination, the repository will live under my
own user account going forward.

control: Support nodoc build profile
No need to change anything in the build system: when the
nodoc profile is used, the -doc package will be excluded
from the output of dh_listpackages, and the existing logic
will do the right thing.
