an upload.

rebase changes in new entry
Bastian did changes after I uploaded to unstable and was waiting for the
upload to succeed before pushing the changelog entry and tag.
I have rebased the changes to arrive in a new entry, and will force-push
the main branch to represent the real state of what was uploaded and
what is still pending.
