    pristine-tar: Report upstream version after commit
    
    After "gbp pristine-tar commit" commits the upstream tarball, it logs a
    success message containing the Debian source package version.
    
    Upstream tarballs have no knowledge of the Debian revision, so reporting
    the Debian package version is slightly misleading. Report the upstream
    version instead.
