not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Run tests without xvfb or dbus-run-session
* Use the upstream way to disable display-required tests,
"meson test --no-suite ibus:display".
* Do not B-D on display related packages.
* Do not change meson test protocol anymore.
