    Add symbols files for libkdumpfile12 and libaddrxlat3
    
    Both shared libraries use linker version scripts, so their exported
    ABI is well-defined. Ship dpkg symbols control files so reverse
    dependencies get tight, symbol-based versioned dependencies and to
    resolve the no-symbols-control-file Lintian tags.
    
    Symbols are baselined at 0.5.5, the version that introduced the
    current SONAMEs (libkdumpfile.so.12 / libaddrxlat.so.3).
    
    Add debian/update-symbols.sh to regenerate the files from freshly
    built libraries on future upstream releases.

    Statically link against libbfd (Closes: #1122716)
    
    Statically link kdumpid against the binutils-private libbfd and
    libopcodes libraries to drop the dependency on libbinutils, and
    record the embedded sources in Built-Using.
    
    Build-Depend on libiberty-dev and libsframe-dev, needed to statically
    link libbfd/libopcodes.
