This lets other packages depend on the GIR XML by its systematic name,
gir1.2-mypaint-1.6-dev.

This avoids needing to hard-code the name of the package containing
the typelib, and adds dependencies on the systematic names of the
packages containing required GIR XML.

This is a workaround for the provided typelib not matching the package
name: ideally either the workaround added in version 1.6.0 to avoid
bumping SONAME should be extended to also roll back the typelib's
namespace version to 1.5 (MyPaint-1.5.typelib, MyPain-1.5.gir), or the
package should be renamed.
