Enable automatic partitioning on any md RAID
Commit 7dfd6208 ("don't hide /dev/md* arrays if they are provisioned on
whole-disk devices - in that case the md array itself is partitionable,
e.g. for md-fakeraid like imsm (Intel Matrix raid). (Closes: #699431)")
improperly detects fakeRAID, possibly resulting in a non-bootable
installation on regular md RAID.
There are valid use cases for installing on fakeRAID or regular md RAID,
so remove fakeRAID detection and enable automatic partitioning on any
type of md RAID even if it may result in a non-bootable installation.
